Description

I don't know who she is, really. I was experimenting on shading and highlighting, as well as different techniques. I think I might've went a little overboard on the backround, but hey; I was just havin' fun. Then I added a filter effect for the little spark she's pointing at, making it look like shes got...I dunno, 'sparkly' powers??

Hey don't worry about it. Having fun while experimenting is important. (and I'm actually quite fond of the background. WAY better than what I can do with backgrounds.)
